At Siam Image Thai Massage, we aim to provide a calm, professional experience for every client. The following policy helps us manage appointments fairly and ensure the best possible service for all guests.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments are arranged by phone so we can offer the most suitable treatment and time based on your needs.

For certain bookings, particularly during busy periods or for multiple guests, we may kindly request a full or partial pre-payment to secure the appointment.

Health & Medical Information

All new clients will be asked to complete a brief medical history form prior to their treatment.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any relevant medical conditions and to update us of any changes before each visit. This allows us to provide a safe and appropriate treatment tailored to your needs.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full treatment price, as this time is reserved especially for you.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to change your appointment, please let us know at least 4 hours in advance.

We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred time, subject to availability.

Group Bookings & Peak Times

For bookings of two or more guests, particularly during peak hours, we may kindly request pre-payment to confirm the reservation.

Peak hours:
Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM and All day Saturday and Sunday

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be adjusted to avoid affecting the next client. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Missed Appointments (No-Show)

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we would greatly appreciate as much notice as possible.

Missed appointments without prior notice may be charged at the full treatment price.

15-Minute Satisfaction Guarantee

Your comfort is important to us. If you are not satisfied within the first 15 minutes of your treatment, you may request to change therapist or stop the session.

If you choose to cancel within this time, you will be eligible for a full refund of the treatment price.
